2005 – The first Diwan as a restaurant

After 8 years the family business was ready. It was planned for a long time and finally built so that the Diwan Restaurant opened its doors to its guests the following year.

In a very short time, the restaurant became a place for people of every nation who care about good, authentic Turkish cuisine.

The specialty in this restaurant is, as the name suggests, the charcoal grill. In contrast to many grill restaurants, a lot of emphasis is placed on barbecuing with real charcoal.

2016 – The third branch is opened

The continuation of the success arose with the same concept and an even more modern equipment directly next to Reumannplatz, in the middle of Vienna’s 10th district.

As in the 15th district, the food offered is turkish cuisine and delicious grill specialties . The Diwan charcoal grill team is always active when it comes to new creations. Depending on the season, a wide variety of dishes are conjured up on the grill and stove.
